***TEMPORARY CANCELLATION OF PUBLIC FACE-TO-FACE COUNCIL MEETINGS***
Weymouth Town Council has taken the decision to temporarily suspend all public Full Council and Committee meetings due to the Coronavirus pandemic. This will be reviewed in line with Government guidelines and emergency changes in legislation.
The Planning and Licensing Committee will still be carrying out their key functions. A formal Council response to Dorset Council planning applications will be formulated and agreed by Planning and Licensing Committee Members electronically and the Council’s comments submitted in the usual way. Members of the public are reminded that Weymouth Town Council are not the planning authority and are only consultees on planning applications. Members of the public are encouraged to submit their views via the Dorset Council website as usual on the following link https://planning.dorset.gov.uk/public-access/.
The Councillors meet as a Full Council every six weeks or so.

- Planning and Licensing
All meetings start at 7pm and are held in the Council Chamber at the Weymouth Town Council Offices, Commercial Road, Weymouth, DT4 8NG
