Community Networking Events

Our next Community Networking Event is on Tuesday 23rd April. It will be at 10.15am-1pm in the Council Chamber, Commercial Road.

Our networking events provide a great opportunity for people to learn from each other, strengthen contacts, share resources, and make sure your funding applications are successful. There will be a presentation by Volunteer Centre Dorset on how to recruit and retain volunteers for your organisation!

Please book your space(s) and advise of any allergies/dietary requirements as there will be refreshments and a light lunch. Please email charlotteemery@weymouthtowncouncil.gov.uk

Community Grants

Grants are currently available through Weymouth Town Council’s grant scheme, with the aim of benefiting worthy community, voluntary and charitable organisations in the local area. Organisations that work with communities in our area are able to apply for a grant from us to help fund new projects, equipment, events or training.
