Deckchairs

Deckchairs will be put out on a daily basis (weather permitted) from April until the end September. To be eligible you need to be over 60, which you are.  You also need to live in Weymouth Town Council area, (not Chickerell or Portland). 

In order to obtain your deckchair pass you will need to visit our beach office on the promenade, (this is the blue building by the King’s Statue). There is a door on the roadside of our office labelled beach control office, if you press the buzzer to the right of this door a member of staff will be down to assist you.  We will need you to bring a form of photo ID which includes your name, age and address.  A driving licence would be ideal providing you are over the age of 60 and currently living in the Weymouth Town Council area, we will be able to write you a free pass for the chairs.
