DANCE IN HEELS – an adult dance class filled with fun, commercial pop & feel good energy with optional added height!
No pressure, no expectations—just a welcoming space, whether you’re brand new to dancing in heels or more experienced.

What to expect🤩
Our moves are broken down clearly, with options to keep things comfortable and accessible, so you can dance in a way that feels good in your body.
We focus on feeling confident….and a little bit fabulous 💃
You don’t have to wear heels! Some of our dancers take class in trainers – its always what ever works best for you!
Chunky heels are best and please avoid stilettos, our wooden floor can’t cope🥲
