Film Night: All About Eve

Wyke Regis Community Film Club presents All About Eve (1950), written and directed by Joseph L. Mankiewicz and starring Bette Davis, Anne Baxter, George Sanders and Marilyn Monroe.
Jet-black comedy about ageing Broadway actress Margo (Bette Davis) and an ambitious but manipulative young fan Eve (Anne Baxter). Cynical drama critic Addison DeWitt (George Sanders) interacts with both. Winner of 6 Oscars, All About Eve is still considered one of the greatest films of all time.
