Find out which Charitable organisations are raising awareness this summer
Weymouth Town Council has announced which charitable organisations will be using the charity stall area on the Promenade to help organisations raise awareness about their work. The public are encouraged to come and talk to them on the following dates and find out more. The next one takes place on Wednesday 7th August.
- Wednesday 7th August – Emmanuel Church Southill
- Thursday 8th August – Coastwatch Portland Bill
- Friday 9th August – Portland Sea Cadets
- Thursday 15th August – Samaritans
- Friday 16th August – Moose International
- Saturday 17th August – Friends of Tumbledown
- Sunday 18th August – Yeovil Blood Bike
- Monday 19th August – Space Youth Project
- Wednesday 21st August – Dorset Muguri Community Projects
- Thursday 22nd August – RSPB
- Friday 23rd August – All Saints Church, Wyke Regis
- Thursday 29th August – Dorset Museum
Separate to the charitable organisations, on Sunday 11th August Nivea will also be along the Promenade giving away advice on how to protect your skin during the summer! This is part of their Sun Summer Tour.
