Please find a list of engagements to be attended by the Mayor of Weymouth, Cllr David Harris, or where stated, the Deputy Mayor, Cllr Peter Dickenson. 

Thursday 3^rd September, 12pm – Merchant Navy Day, Merchant Navy Memorial, Weymouth Esplanade. 

Saturday 5^th September,12pm – The Bubble Open Day, The Bubble, Stanley Street, Weymouth. 

Friday 11^th September, 11am – Unveiling of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary Memorial, Merchant Navy Memorial, Weymouth Esplanade. 

Saturday 12^th September,10am – Weymouth Water Fest, Weymouth Beach. The mayor will officially open the event organised by Weymouth Town Council.   

Saturday 12^th September, 1pm – Weymouth Manor Care Home Summer Festival, Weymouth Manor Care Home, Radipole Lane, Weymouth – to be attended by the Deputy Mayor. 

Sunday 13^th September, 3pm – Battle of Britain Memorial, featuring a flypast (subject to weather and aircraft serviceability) South West Battle of Britain Memorial, Bowleaze Cove, Weymouth – to be attended by the Deputy Mayor 

Tuesday 15^th September, 7.30pm – Samaritans of Dorset at Weymouth AGM, St Aldhelm’s Church, Spa Road, Weymouth. 

Thursday 17^th September, 7pm – Licensing and Installation of Reverend Lorna Johnson, Holy Trinity Church, Trinity Road, Weymouth – To be attended by both the Mayor and Deputy Mayor. 

Saturday 19^th September, 1.15pm – Royal Navy Association Area 4 Meeting – Southill Community Centre. 

Sunday 20^th September, 7pm – Weymouth Angling Club Festival Prize Giving, Weymouth Angling Club, Commercial Road, Weymouth 

Thursday 24th September, 6.15pm – Activate Performing Arts (Wave by Squidsoup), venue TBC
