Consultation on dogs in public spaces

Dorset Council is carrying out a 12-week public consultation on rules about dogs in public spaces. This will help with the development of the new Dorset-wide Dog-related Public Spaces Protection Order.

The new dog-related Public Space Protection Orders are to make sure that everyone – with or without dogs – can safely enjoy public spaces.

To have your say, please complete the consultation survey here. It will be open until midnight 19 April. Paper copies of the survey can be obtained at any one of Dorset Council’s libraries.
