Local community and business opportunities for a vacant council building

We have a vacant asset and would like feedback from local businesses and/or community groups that would be interested in operating from these premises.

The vacant asset is:

• Community Building, Wyke Regis (Former Toilets), adjacent to Wyke Regis Gardens (Portland Road);

Filling out this survey will help us understand the level of interest, the forms of proposed operational activities and their potential value, enabling us to shape the future direction taken with the asset and any procurement exercise that may follow.

Please note that we reserve the right to not proceed with any proposals or a procurement process.

We will not meet any costs incurred by any party in responding to the survey.
