You could be part of this by working at the heart of Tumbledown, one of its most significant assets, fostering engagement, increasing inclusion, and promoting greater belonging for local people.

The Site Manager is a key appointment. They will bring the vision to life by co-ordinating opportunities for fee-paying services on site. The demand from education, health and social care is potentially significant and we want Tumbledown to respond to local need and provide sessions for local children, young people, adults and older people. This will require careful planning as demand increases, a sound knowledge of safeguarding, and health and safety practices as well as knowledge of commissioning processes.

The role will be well supported by the Development Project Manager and a Tumbledown Project Board. We are passionate that Tumbledown can exceed expectations, generate measurable social value and deliver much needed community benefit.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have relevant experience and a track record of achievement, innovation and commitment to public service. They must also be motivated and community focused and possess sound communication and organisational skills.
