ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ORDER, CHICKERELL ROAD, WEYMOUTH

DORSET COUNCIL has issued an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise likelihood of danger to highway users. The Order comes in to operation on 13 February 2023 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 19 February 2023.

This Order will enable The Electricity Network Company Limited to excavate to enable connection of 11kv cable supplying new housing development on Markham Avenue.
