Garage Tender Opportunities

Weymouth Town Council is inviting tender submissions from prospective tenants interested in taking a lease for:

• 5 x Garages at Melcombe Place, Weymouth

• 2 x Garages at Rodwell Road, Weymouth

All sites are located close to Weymouth Town Centre, and are for non-commercial use. Only one garage is available to each applicant.

Leases will be for one year and will commence on the 8^th March 2020.

Closing date for tenders is noon Monday 21^st February 2020.
