DESCRIPTION:Join us for a magical fantasy adventure at Nothe Fort for May Bank Holiday Weekend!\n2 -4 May\n10am – 4pm \nBring the whole family along for a magical escape\, featuring:\nAxe-throwing \n~ Historical Combat Demonstrations by local re-enactors – 12 noon\, 1pm\, 2pm\, 3pm\n~ Dragon Egg Hunt – find the hidden dragon eggs scattered all over the Fort\n~Medieval games in the Parade Ground\, and more!\n~ More activities to be announced! \nFind out more here: https://nothefort.org.uk/events/castles-and-dragons-2026/ \nADMISSION INFORMATION:\nThis event is included in the price of admission and is FREE with an Annual Pass.\nWhat3Words Location for Nothe Fort: dogs.claim.nest \nParking: parking is available outside the fort at Nothe Car Park (What3Words: mixed.stuck.serve) \nSeating Provided: – Performances will provide seats. There are seats all around the Fort if required while on site. \nFood and Drink: The Fort View Café will be open for the duration of this event. \nDogs: We are a dog-friendly museum. We ask that all dogs remain on short leads at all times. Please expect to see dogs in the Fort during your visit. \nWheelchair User Access: Nothe Fort is mostly wheelchair accessible and has a lift to all three levels. \nIf you have any access requirements before your visit\, please contact Nothe Fort ahead of your visit (01305 766626).
