DESCRIPTION:There are two health walks in Weymouth which are mostly flat. \nThe route taken on the day is agreed at the beginning of the walk and is dependent on the ability and preference of those attending. \nAll abilities are welcome and the walk can stretch out to different paces. There is no pressure and no one is ever left behind as the pace of the walk is dictated by the rear walker.  Our walks last approximately 45 minutes. \nDogs on a discretionary basis\, please get in touch with the local contact before attending. \n  \n\n\n\nTown/village\nMeeting place\nType of walk\nDay\nTime\n\n\n\n\nWeymouth\nMeet between the Jubilee Clock and Prom Cafe at the advertising drum\nWe walk along the Promenade towards Greenhill Gardens (where there is an incline into the gardens) or the Stone Pier and return to the beginning.\nThursdays\n10:30am

I have nearly 20 years teaching adult dance and I understand the nerves and fear factor that can make you hesitant to join a dance class\, but you don’t need to worry. My classes are relaxed and friendly and you’ll be amongst like minded people who want to enjoy moving\, build confidence and get a little fun social time! \n2025 classes start Thursday 9th January 8-9pm and run continually through 16th\, 23rd and 30th January.
